UET Equipment Return Policy

At UET, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every product we offer. In line with this commitment, we have established the following return policy for all equipment purchased from us:

Eligibility for Returns:

Equipment purchased directly from UET or through authorized UET distributors is eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, the equipment must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accompanying accessories and documentation included.

Return Period:

Customers may return equipment within 7 days from the date of delivery or purchase, whichever is later.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the specified return period.
Our customer service representatives will guide customers through the return process, including providing a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for returning the equipment.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the equipment.

Inspection and Refund:

Upon receiving the returned equipment, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If the equipment is deemed eligible for return, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned equipment.

Exclusions:

This return policy does not apply to custom-made or personalized equipment, unless it is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Equipment that has been misused, altered, or damaged by the customer is not eligible for return.
